Latchmere’s continued success in the creation of award winning homes is supported by the purchase of suitable development opportunities. As a result we are constantly on the lookout for unique sites in outstanding Surrey locations, ideally where we may work up the design and obtain planning consent ourselves. That said we will look at sites without consent where an unconditional purchase is required.
Our focus remains on creating bespoke schemes, preferably without an affordable element, which will provide well designed houses and apartments where no individual re-sale exceeds £950,000. We focus on the architecture of the scheme as a whole and, wherever possible, try to work with both the Planning Department and the community to ensure we not only integrate with the local area but also obtain planning consent for sympathetic schemes in the shortest possible timeframe, albeit without compromising on quality and design.
As our current and completed portfolio demonstrates, we develop a combination of newly built and refurbished properties and specialise in the construction of upmarket housing as well as the conversion of Listed Buildings. Our focus has always been on design and location.
